Located in Murfreesboro, TN, this retail-to-fitness conversion included the design and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support group fitness training, private coaching sessions, sales and reception areas, and fully functional locker rooms. Our engineering team evaluated the existing HVAC infrastructure and successfully integrated it into a new, optimized air distribution design, improving airflow, occupant comfort, and energy performance throughout the facility.
To complement PVOLVE’s modern fitness brand, specified linear HVAC diffusers that provide a clean, contemporary aesthetic while maintaining proper ventilation and temperature control which are ideal for high-activity workout environments.
Plumbing updates were intentionally minimized to control costs, with selective fixture relocations including a drinking fountain and mop sink to support the revised floor plan. Additionally, we designed and implemented all new interior lighting systems, fully compliant with PVOLVE corporate lighting standards, enhancing visibility, safety, and the overall member experience.
