NORTHWOOD STATION

Northwood Station is a 148-unit luxury multifamily community in Wood Dale, Illinois. Following the project's groundbreaking in September 2025, construction is underway, with completion anticipated in 2027.

The four-story development will feature a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with amenities including a fitness center, clubhouse, outdoor deck, and electric vehicle charging stations. Neville Engineering has partnered with Holladay Properties and Holladay Construction to provide MEP engineering support for systems that contribute to a functional residential environment.

Multifamily projects require careful planning.
